there was so much moisture in the air that my hair was completely drenched

The colors of the sky shifted from the light colored oranges and purples to a deep orange as the sun came closer to touching the horizon

I had photographed many sunrises this year and wanted to focus my attention on the wildflowers of Wildflower Park

I began photographing the wildflowers that consisted of false sunflowers

With this image, I had my eyes in the view finder of my Nikon camera using my 300mm f4. 0 lens on the tripod, checking out a loon when I lifted my head up and noticed this loon swimming just off shore checking me out.
